I was looking at the negative comments on charismatic movement.
comments cum criticisms can come
it will simply divides the church
but i guess perhaps Jesus doing that so that He can spit out the lukewarm.
i felt so priviledged to be at where i am right now.
because i know the leaders above me work doubly hard
super duper hard
hard until u can be ashamed as you probably din work so hard for ur o's/a's.
people think what's so great about the leaders/pastors?
it only when you see their hard work
trying build YOUR lives
then maybe people will get it.

it's really exciting to serve God for a period of time
then the hype dies
then the mundane set in
how long and exciting?
most importantly, if you do it for a position
be it a cgl or a chief usher
and once you do it/reached it.
what's next?
I am not called to be successful
but I am called to be faithful.

Discipleship class with Ivan yesterday!
haha.simply awesome!
why?
because whatever Ivan had shared
it is just so real!
I was very impacted by the fact that
Pastors would constantly
ask the leaders whether they want to continue in this race with them.
Continuing this race means giving up success in life.
and realistically speaking, it WILL cost your career,your life,your everything.

But the leaders know what they are in for,
they did not choose to follow Pastors blindly
or what some people think Pastors brainwash them.

neither do i!
i fully know the consequences
and i certainly know my pastors never brainwash me
yet,
i chose to remain radical!
Even when i am in my downest period of my life
I simply couldnt walk away
because there is something special here
that i couldnt explain
something just tugs my heart.
i know this is my home.=)

Even when christians laugh at me(for being too radical),
it doesnt matter!
I've got only one life!
LIVE it man!

i'm just wondering who's reading my random blogging nowadays!
lol.
maybe i should have those statistics counter thingy.
haha.=)
anyway,life has been lovely lovely lovely!=)

like today i went ntuc with my grandma
and to my utmost horror
we spent $50 on grocery every week!
(i think more than that cuz they are the main ingredients only)
but the sweetest thing is
that my grandma let me buy junk food still =))))
gosh.i feel so loved.=)
and you know each time she goes ntuc
she will just assume who likes what and want to buy food for the person
not knowing if the person like it a lot
but when you really see her heart of purity,of giving
it really makes you go awww.

i gotta spend more and more time with her!!amen!=)

and thats the sweetest thing,
the funniest thing about her is that she loves shortcuts!
haha
she simply loves walking shortcut
and it was so hilarious cuz this short cut
led to a deadend
so in the end we have to walk MORE
and it's really no longer called a shortcut.
HAHA.
i have the cutest grandma in town!

i seriously feel so privileged to stay with her :DDD!

i was feeling a lil cranky just now
really dun like it when ppl snaps at me when they are piss
(and that it wasnt me who pisses them off)
and that i couldnt find some stuff that i needed
but i guess
i need to be more will-driven than emotions!

if we look upon our worldly judgement
you are so right
to say that we do hv our right to be angry w ppl
who just snaps at us when we just happen to
be there at the wrong day at the wrong time.
but it doesnt make us special!

a special person will disregard the "snappings"
and look up to God's judgement
for even if he can forgive
what about us?
because the special person can do sth extraordinary and diff from what the normal people thinks,feels etc.

i want to be a special person!=)

and no i do not deny i hv my cranky moments
cuz i am a human despite being a christian
but God rly turned the day
by hving fiona online in the wee hrs of 1-2am
and for those who know fiona
she rly makes you laugh!!AHAH
and tt she doesnt appear online most of e time
so i rly said God turned my day!=)
and plus tty msg to remind me to brush teeth
makes me feel sweeeett!

alrighties
gg to hit the sack now.
dun think i'm brushing teeth today.:P!

WOHOOOOOO!!

i felt this is a season i really grew!
and i'm really excited now that i'm going to uni
yet despite all that
i know i will still remain on-fire for Jesus

because the goal is clear
right in front of me
=)!
i just realise every1 in the world be it church or not
they all have their story to tell
and i'm so proud to see people in church
still stayin
still on-fire
becuz it just simply means they had just overcome something in their lives
to remain radical for God!
cuz you really got to know that
radical christians are not for the faint-hearted,

i'm really really privileged!
to be in today discipleship class with charleston
JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE!
that what i carried with me today after the session =)
life cn be rly mundane
same routines
same work
same responsibilities
but what makes someone successful
it really just a little more!
it just simply push urself a little bit more!=DD

heart of God church really boiling
mayb at 80 degreeC or even 90 degreeC
or even 97.4455768687678678723 degreeC
but a lil more and we will see the success
and we will see the fruits
(and for those we dun understand
no it is not christianity increasing in numbers
but rather lives radically changed)
i just couldnt give up fighting now
becuz if u rly know how ur a lil bit more
you can see the greatness of your destiny
then perhaps we all wont give up the race so easily!
this is really how close we already are.
we are really that that that that that CLOSE.

a simple life theory
but a difficult life concept to apply!
so say NO to EMO now
and start fighting!!!

i so know we gg to be successful
as a church
and as individuals!!

i'm super duper excited for my future!!
